Apple asks beta testers to pay attention to Facebook in latest Mountain Lion version

Apple has requested the testers signed up for its AppleSeed program to concentrate their attention on Facebook integration, in addition to Messages, Game Center, Safari and Reminders within the latest build of Mountain Lion 10.8.2.

Beta tests are going ahead on build 12C35 of Mountain Lion 10.8.2. This isn’t the ultimate build from the software update that’s likely to include features which will work alongside iOS 6, likely to launch within the next couple of days.

The very first beta of 10.8.2 was seeded to developers a week ago.

Mountain Lion 10.8.1 was issued being an update to Mac users a week ago. The update incorporated a treatment for Migration Assistant Crash, enhancements to Mail’s support for Microsoft Exchange, and backbone for any bug that affected connecting to SMB servers with lengthy names, plus a treatment for issues when playing audio via Thunderbolt, bug fixes for iMessages, along with a treatment for an accident that happened whenever you used Pinyin input.

Apple’s OS X 10.8.1 update seemed to be likely to restore battery existence towards the levels formerly enjoyed prior to the update to OS X 10.8. However, testing finds that, although some improvement is visible, battery existence expectations haven’t came back to individuals formerly seen.
